St. Patrick's Day festivity! 

Friday, 15th March we celebrated St. Patrick's Day at school, together with Chandeleur/Pancake Day, as part of the International Festivities in this term. 

From the third grade to the sixth, had a Pancake/Crepes workshop, in which they watched parents and volunteers making these desserts and ate them all together. 

They also participated in a gymkhana, with 5 games all related to St. Patrick and Irish legends and traditions: 

"Trap the leprechaun" (Memory game with flashcards)

"The Giant's Causeway" (Action game based on an Irish legend)

"The Claddagh ring" (Aim game based on another legend)

"Irish Dance": La Jiga

"Treasure Hunt" (Game following clues to find a treasure)

 After the break, two of the third year classes shared this gymkhana with the third year classes from "CEIP Virgen de los Remedios", the other Primary school in Cártama in our first activity exchange together. We had so much fun!!

The first and second-year classes also enjoyed the gymkhana on Monday, the 18th March, after the success we had on Friday... Happy St. Patrick's Day!!
